Sometimes it just happens–maybe you clicked an item accidentally or you somehow manipulated your Pyramid Analytics report into a mess–how do you go back or reset the report?
If this happens, first try using the “Back” button which is the green button on the Quick Access Toolbar at the top of the screen with a left-pointing white arrow. This is similar to an “undo” button in Microsoft Word.
If that doesn’t work, you can use the “Report Reset” button.
To reset your report click the bottom half of the “Query Reset” button located on the “Home” tab on the ribbon and select “Report Reset.”
This restores the report to the default state as if you just opened it.
